Welcome to Thrive Trauma Coaching

I’m Adrienne, a trauma recovery coach specializing in supporting women who’ve experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, complex PTSD, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse. As a survivor myself, I understand the profound, lasting effects of trauma and the courage it takes to face and overcome these challenges. I believe that healing is possible for everyone, and that each survivor has the strength to create their own success story. My mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed guidance to help you reclaim your life, understand your experiences, and build a foundation of peace and resilience. Together, we’ll work to break free from the past, reconnect with your inner strength, and embrace the life you deserve—one of freedom, fulfillment, and hope.

Our Mission

At Thrive Trauma Coaching, my mission is to empower survivors of trauma to reclaim their lives, rediscover inner strength, and build lasting resilience. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I am dedicated to supporting women who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, narcissistic relationships, and complex PTSD. I believe that every survivor deserves the chance to heal, find freedom from past pain, and create a future filled with purpose, peace, and hope. Together, we work to cultivate self-compassion, regulate the nervous system, and build the foundations for a thriving, empowered life. In my trauma recovery practice, I utilize approaches that engage both mind and body to foster lasting healing. I am a strong advocate for Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, which gently helps us understand and care for different aspects of ourselves that may have developed in response to trauma. By bringing compassion to each “part” of us—those that protect, those that feel vulnerable, and those that guide—we can build self-acceptance and inner harmony. My approach deeply values somatic work because our bodies often hold the memories and effects of trauma long after our minds have tried to process it. Together, we’ll work on tuning into what your body is telling you, allowing you to understand and respond to these signals with grounding and self-compassion. This includes practicing techniques for nervous system regulation, like grounding exercises and breathwork, which can expand your window of tolerance and help you stay balanced in difficult moments. In our sessions, I strive to be attuned to your needs, providing a safe, supportive presence so that you feel secure and fully seen. With these tools, my goal is to help you gain control over your reactions, embrace calm, and live with greater resilience and peace.

My Personal Story

I’m a trauma recovery coach who has walked the path of healing firsthand. As a survivor of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and narcissistic relationships, I understand the pain, confusion, and resilience that often accompany these experiences. I know the lifelong impact trauma can have—the ways it shapes our thoughts, influences our relationships, and affects our sense of self. For a long time, I felt alone in my struggle. I wondered if healing was truly possible and if I could ever find peace or reclaim my life. Over time, through hard work and the support of others, I discovered that freedom from trauma is possible. I learned to understand my body’s responses, calm the alarm system that trauma built within me, and develop a life that is rooted in self-compassion, empowerment, and purpose. This journey led me to a calling. I realized that my mission in life was to help others find their way through the darkness of trauma, to offer them hope, and to show them that healing is within reach. My work is not only guided by extensive training and experience but also by the empathy and insight that comes from living through it. Today, I specialize in helping women who have faced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, narcissistic relationships, complex PTSD, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where survivors can rebuild their lives, reconnect with their strength, and move from surviving to thriving. I’m here to walk with you on your journey, offering tools, guidance, and unwavering support as you create your own success story. Healing is possible, and together, we’ll work to bring it into your life.

Questions and Answers

Find answers to the most commonly asked questions about our services.
1. What is trauma recovery coaching?
Trauma recovery coaching is a supportive, non-clinical approach that helps individuals process past trauma, understand its effects, and develop skills to heal and thrive. As your coach, I’ll provide guidance, tools, and compassionate support as you work to rebuild trust in yourself and your capacity for resilience.
While both coaching and therapy aim to support healing, therapy often delves into diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Trauma coaching focuses on present-centered awareness, emotional regulation, and creating actionable steps for recovery. I’ll help you recognize trauma patterns, build resilience, and develop skills for personal growth, but I do not provide clinical diagnoses or treatments.
Each session is a safe, confidential space where we focus on understanding your needs, identifying goals, and working through exercises to support your healing. Sessions may include grounding techniques, parts work (like Internal Family Systems), somatic practices, and discussions about how to apply these insights in your daily life. My approach is attuned to your pace, ensuring you feel supported and empowered throughout.
Yes, confidentiality is a top priority in my coaching practice. Everything shared within sessions stays private, and I uphold a strict code of ethics. The only exceptions to confidentiality are cases involving immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by law.
The length of the coaching process varies based on your individual needs and goals. Some clients work with me for a few months, while others continue for a year or longer. During our initial sessions, we’ll discuss your objectives, and together, we can decide on a timeframe that feels right for you.
Trauma affects both the mind and body. In coaching, we work with grounding exercises, breathing techniques, and somatic practices to help you manage the body’s stress responses. Over time, you’ll expand your window of tolerance, helping you feel more grounded and capable of responding to stress with resilience.
Not at all. My approach is gentle and paced to meet you where you are. We work step-by-step, focusing on what feels manageable for you. If any area feels challenging, we’ll adjust to keep the experience safe and comfortable.
Yes, I offer virtual coaching sessions to make it accessible to clients regardless of location. Virtual sessions are held through a secure platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
Trauma coaching is beneficial for those ready to explore healing in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. If you want a guide to help you understand and heal from past trauma, develop emotional regulation skills, and build a healthier, empowered future, trauma coaching may be a good fit.
